How do I start?
Select one out of the pre-selected offers, all of which are explained and outlined in your color bookguide inside the Giftybox.
Call the location and make a reservation. Don't forget to book in advance to make sure you have more options.
Activate your gift pass online or by phone.
Then simply go to the place selected, hand over your gift pass and enjoy your experience!
Want to experience other locations or offers? Go and visit them, and benefit from all the welcome gifts provided. Bonuses are valid throughout the year and can be used by you and your loved ones (if coming together) when visiting our selected partners for the first time.

How do I redeem my gift pass?
You should first activate your gift pass before use, at any time, online at www.giftybox.com/activate
You may also activate it by calling us at 1.888.SoGifty (Toll Free 1.888.764.4389) on weekdays between the hours of 10 and 6pm (EST).
Choose among our list of selected partners the experience gift you would like to enjoy.
Call the location you have chosen to make a reservation. Don't forget to book in advance to make sure you get the date and time that works best for you.
Fill-in the gift pass, detach it, and hand it in upon arrival in order to redeem your service (prior to use).
How do I use my welcome gifts/bonuses?
When visiting each of the selected partners for the first time, have your guidebook ready, have it stamped, and enjoy your welcome gift.
Can I use my gift pass and enjoy the bonuses at the same time?
Your all-inclusive gift pass and your complimentary bonuses cannot be redeemed at the same time. Both are valid one time only.

How do I activate my gift pass?
You should activate your gifty certificate before use:
at any time, online at www.giftybox.com/activate or
by calling us at 1.888.SoGifty (Toll Free 1.888.764.4389) on weekdays between the hours of 10 and 6pm (EST).
Why should I activate my gift pass?
Like when you receive your credit card, we need to verify the validity of your gift pass to prevent any fraud and verify your identity. Thus you will be able to choose the experience of your choice and send us your feedback (if you want to) in order for us to better serve you.
Again, as your credit card, any given gift pass has an expiration date. Your gift pass will be void if not activated within first year of the Giftybox purchase.
Lastly, once your gift pass has been activated, you will have access to additional features, experiences or information.
Do I need to make a reservation to redeem my gift pass?
Prior reservation is required to ensure admission and a better service. Check with venues for hours of operation and schedule in advance. Some venues may require a credit card number to hold your reservation. Please allow 48 hours notice before scheduled time if you want to reschedule an appointment. Any missed appointment or late notice may void your gift pass.
What happens if I cancel my reservation or don't show up?
Cancellation or rescheduling policy may vary from one vendor to another. Please check with the vendor you booked your experience with. If you do not show up at the time of your reservation or do not reschedule on time, the present pass may be voided.
What happens if I lose my Giftybox or my gift pass?
Please safeguard your Giftybox and your gift pass: it is not replicable if lost or stolen. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
Does a Giftybox include gratuities?
A Giftybox does not include any gratuities. Please show your gratitude.
On what occasion should I offer a Giftybox?
